Automated Solenoid Test Station

The Test Station utilises a pneumatic rotary table to allow one Solenoid to be tested whilst another is loaded.

A plastic end cap is ultrasonically welded and then the Solenoid is tested for Current, Force, Stroke length and Stroke retraction.

A "pass" is returned to the operator and a "reject" automatically placed in a locked container. Pneumatics and Test equipment are controlled by a central PLC.
